THE COUNTDOWN
THE ROUTE
This year, we’ll be starting from Cork and making our way through Tipperary, Offaly, and Westmeath, with stops at Kilshane House for lunch and Kinnitty Castle for coffee. Our first overnight stay will be at The Sheraton Hotel in Athlone.
On day two, we’ll continue north through Westmeath and into the rolling hills of Tyrone, where we’ll enjoy a special lunch at Corick House. From there, we’ll take the ferry from Greencastle to Carlingford, finishing with an overnight stay at Ballymascanlon Hotel on the Cooley Peninsula.
STARTLINE: Radisson blu, little island
Our impressive array of iconic automobiles will rumble together creating a nostalgic symphony as they roll through the picturesque landscapes of Cork, Tipperary, Offaly and Westmeath.
LUNCH STOP: Kilshane house, co. tipperary
A delicious lunch awaits along the way in the spectacular Kilshane House in Tipperary.
Coffee STOP: Kinnitty Castle, Co. Offaly
We regroup, and enjoy a quick coffee stop in Kinnitty Castle.
FINISH LINE: The Sheraton, Athlone, Co. Westmeath
A Cannonball spectacle awaits at the finish line at the Sheraton Hotel, Co. Westmeath.

On day two after a delicious breakfast, we travel north through the lake county of Westmeath and on to the sprawling hilly county Tyrone replete with ancient forests and unspoilt scenery.
LUNCH STOP: Corick house, Clogher, Co. Tyrone
We will enjoy a very special lunch in Corick House in Tyrone before crossing on the ferry from Greencastle to Carlingford.
FINISH LINE: Ballymascanlon Hotel, Carlingford Road Co. Louth
Our second overnight stay is in Ballymascanlon Hotel on the Cooley Peninsula just 20 minutes from the bustling medieval town of Carlingford.
